Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange, but do not hesitate to contact us at crisbeauty30@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

So that we can take charge of any item that is defective or does not conform to that ordered, it will be imperative to send us: 

  • A photo of the article in question. 
  • A photo of the barcode on the pouch/box of the item received.
  • A photo of the carrier label.

If and only if all these conditions are respected, we will then send you a pre-paid return label in order to offer you the return of the item(s) concerned.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Have you changed your mind and want to exchange your item for another? No problem ! We take care of the return of the product(s) received!*

However, you will have to pay shipping costs relating to the desired products. 

RETURN CONDITIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

If the address mentioned during your purchase is not accurate and your order appears as delivered without it being in your possession then we cannot be held responsible. 

If you are successful in your case, you will, however, be able to obtain a new shipment of your order subject to additional costs.

If your return concerns a size error (on your part) – we only support the return of the item concerned – you will need to pay the relative shipping costs to receive your item in a different size.
